Customer Service Supervisor

Detailed Job Description

  • Based in Quezon City office, Manila
  • Lead an order management team of 6 direct reports.
  • Oversee Order Management and Order Fulfillment operations.
  • Foster high performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to own order management end to end from order submission through fulfillment
  • Responsible to continuously align internally with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely confirmation of orders placed
  • Work with various departments and levels of management to resolve customer issues.
  • Be the primary OM liaison with other departments within the company (such as PMs&PUs, demand management and the distribution centers) to support the customer priority based on changes in supply, product availability or changing customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Define clear expectations and hold people accountable for work and actions by providing guidance
  • Build strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Accounting, or related discipline with 3 years’ relevant supervisory experience
  • Experience in MNC and SSC environment and matrix structure
  • Excellent communication skills, open minded, proactive, detail-oriented and analytical thinking, ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and motivation
  • Result driven and self-starter, and willing to accept challenges and work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, negotiate and solve problems
  • Good command of written and spoken in English
  • Advance user of MS Excel and PowerPoint. MS AX knowledge is definitely an advantage
